1. General Return Guidelines

Eligibility for Returns :

You may return most items purchased on Wes Fabrics within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, provided the item is in its original, unused condition, with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.

Exceptions :

  1. Custom-made or personalized items (including bespoke fabrics or tailored garments) cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  2. Fabric that has been cut or altered after purchase is not eligible for return unless the fabric has defects or is damaged.
  3. Intimate apparel (such as undergarments) may not be eligible for return for hygiene reasons.

Condition of Items :

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of any stains, odors, or alterations. Returned items that do not meet these criteria will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, follow these steps :

  • Log into Your Account : Go to the “Order History” section of your Wes Fabrics account and select the order you wish to return.
  • Request a Return : Click on the “Request a Return” button and fill out the return form, providing details about why you are returning the item.
  • Receive Return Instructions : After submitting your return request, you will receive return instructions, including the return shipping address and any specific procedures for your item.
  • Package Your Return : Carefully pack the item, including all original packaging, tags, and accessories. Make sure to include your return authorization number in the package.
  • Ship the Return : Use a trackable shipping method to send the item back to the designated address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

3. Refunds

  • Processing Time : Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email of the status of your refund. Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days after the return is received.
  • Refund Method : Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to be reflected in your account.
  • Shipping Fees : Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect, damage, or incorrect item shipped. In such cases, Wes Fabrics will cover the cost of return shipping.

4. Exchanges

  • Product Exchanges : If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, follow the same steps to initiate a return and select “Exchange” during the return request. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will ship out the replacement item (subject to availability).
  • Out-of-Stock Items : If the requested exchange item is out of stock, you will be issued a refund instead.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

6. International Returns

For international orders, customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without proper tracking.

7. Non-Returnable Items

  • Certain products are not eligible for returns, including :
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software or digital products
  • Fabric that has been cut or altered by the customer.
